Foodsmith is a mobile restaurant concept “Chef Trailer,” with the kitchen working exclusively for one table. With the maximum capacity of 14, this chef inspired dining experience is truly unique - we bring the restaurant to you!  

We mostly focus on multi coursed dinners at residence, but we can provide personalized private dining for any event.

Foodsmith is based in Nashville, but can travel to wherever your dinner or event is being held. Contact us for the travel fee for anything outside of Nashville

Foodsmith is a mobile dining experience & doesn’t have a standing physical location where dinners are held. The host provides a private property that accommodates the trailer.

The dinner includes the initial consultation, customized menu planning, multi coursed private dinner, bottled water for the table, set-up & clean-up, travel expenses, & a staff member for the evening.

A private location to host the evening in the trailer (must be able to accommodate 37 foot trailer.) BYOB. Foodsmith does not serve alcohol, but you may BYOB. If there is anything specific you would like to pair with food, that can be discussed during menu planning! 

Yes, allergies & dietary restrictions will be discussed in the initial consultation

We will arrive to the location 2-3 hours before service 

Full dinner service from start to finish takes about 2-3 hours.
